For my activity created, it is going to focus on building chemistry and learning about your fellow group members/co workers values in the work environment and also increase group morale. Another goal from this activity is to hopefully create new concepts and ideas that could help out the quality of group or individual work situations. Description:In this activity, any amount of people would do, but preferably you'd like to have at least a group of 10 or more, and it would work a lot better if it was an even number of people. Once you have your amount of people set, you want to first tell everyone to write 3 things down that they think will improve the quality of work done at the job and 3 things down that hurts the quality of work done at the job or 3 things that can be improved about the job.
